1. What Nabukit is

Nabukit is a free set of web utilities ("the Tools"). Today it includes:

• Social Media Video Downloader — downloads videos/audio from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter/X from a public link.
• Image Compressor — reduces the size of JPG/PNG/WebP files.
• JSON Tools — formats, validates and visualizes JSON.
• AI Summary — generates a summary, mind map and article from a YouTube video based on its real transcript, using an extractive algorithm (not a paid language model).
• QR Generator — creates customizable QR codes.
• URL Shortener — shortens links; free-plan links expire after 30 days and are deleted automatically.
• PDF Tools — today, merging PDFs (up to 15 files per merge); the rest (splitting, converting to Word/PowerPoint/Excel) is planned but not available yet.

Most of these Tools process your files entirely in your browser — they are never uploaded to a server. The exceptions (video download, AI Summary, URL Shortener) are explicitly flagged on each Tool because, by their nature, they do require a server: the video has to be fetched from the source platform, the summary requires downloading the video transcript, and a short link has to resolve for anyone who opens it, not just for whoever created it.

Nabukit may add, modify, limit or discontinue any Tool at any time, including usage limits (for example, the maximum number of files per operation), which may change without prior notice.

2. Permitted use

Use Nabukit only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the Site or other users. In particular, you agree not to try to automate, overload or abuse the Tools (for example, with scripts that repeat the same request thousands of times), nor to try to bypass any technical limit (size, number of files, usage frequency, etc.) that the Site sets.

3. Third-party content and copyright

The Video Downloader, the AI Summary, and any Tool that processes content you did not upload yourself (for example, a public video from another platform) operate on third-party content. Nabukit does not host, control or verify the rights to that content. It is your responsibility to use these Tools only with content you own, that is in the public domain, or for which you have explicit authorization, and to respect the terms of service of each source platform. Nabukit is not responsible for how you use downloaded or summarized content.

If you hold copyright and believe a use of Nabukit infringes it, write to us at info@nabukit.io with a description of the work, the location of the use you are reporting, and your contact details; we will respond within a reasonable time.

4. No user accounts

Nabukit does not require registration or login to use any Tool today. We do not collect passwords, connect to social networks, or store a profile of who you are. The few pieces of data we do process (the content of a link you paste, a file you upload to a server-processed Tool) are used only to complete that specific action, not to build an identity profile.

5. Free-service limits

All Tools are free today and there is no active paid plan. Some have explicit technical limits (for example, up to 15 files per PDF merge, short links that expire after 30 days) that exist to keep the service sustainable and prevent abuse — not because the content itself has different value. These limits may change, and in the future Nabukit could offer a plan with higher limits; when that exists, this document will be updated before charging you anything.

7. Advertising

Nabukit is supported by advertising (for example, Google AdSense) in addition to a future freemium model. Ad spaces are reserved in the Site design but may not show any ad yet if no advertising account is connected.

8. Warranties and limitation of liability

The Site and the Tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site is free of errors, available uninterrupted, or that the result of a Tool (for example, an AI-generated extractive summary, or a video download) will be perfect or free of limitations — each Tool flags its known limitations where relevant. To the extent permitted by law, Nabukit will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

9. Intellectual property

The name "Nabukit", its logo and the Site design belong to their creators. Content you process with the Tools (your files, your links) remains yours; Nabukit claims no rights over it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update this document when the Tools or how we operate them change. Changes take effect once posted on this same page. If the change is significant, we will indicate it visibly on the Site.

11. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access for any user who breaches these Terms, without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
